Time is an illusion. Einstein wrote, “For those of us who believe in physics, the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion." As we move through the material I present here you will understand why.
In the same way that Einstein said, "Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only change form," the energy that leaves your body when you die CANNOT be destroyed. Its only option is to transform; therefore, you are an eternal being.
1 You exist.
You always have. You always will.
